Shipping Policy

At Sheba's Teff, we are committed to delivering your order safely, efficiently, and as quickly as possible. We offer two shipping options based on the size and type of your order: Small Pack Orders and Bulk Orders. Please review the information below to understand how your shipment will be processed.

Small Pack Orders

This shipping option applies to standard retail purchases made through our website and wholesale orders weighing less than 250 lbs.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) will be processed on the following business day.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping Methods

To ensure reliable and timely delivery, we primarily ship small orders using:

  • UPS for residential and commercial deliveries throughout the United States.

Shipping carriers may vary depending on the destination or special shipping requirements.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Selected shipping service

The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.



Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information.

If you experience any issues with tracking, delayed delivery, or believe your package has been lost, please contact us at orders@shebasteff.com, and our team will be happy to assist you.

Order Changes, Returns & Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled or modified only before they have been shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete information regarding returns and exchanges.

 


 

Bulk Orders

This shipping option applies to wholesale customers, distributors, retailers, restaurants, institutions, and other large-volume orders.

Order Processing

Bulk orders generally require 5–7 business days for processing before shipment.

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • Product availability

  • Order size

  • Freight scheduling

  • Seasonal demand

  • Delivery location

Our team will notify you if additional lead time is required.

Shipping Methods

Bulk shipments are delivered using professional regional or national freight carriers selected based on shipment size and destination.

Additional delivery services are available upon request, including:

  • Liftgate service

  • Scheduled delivery appointments

  • Inside delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible for freight trucks and unloading.

Shipping Costs

Freight charges are calculated based on several factors, including:

  • Shipment weight

  • Destination

  • Freight service level

  • Additional delivery services requested

A freight quote will be provided during order confirmation before shipment.

Customers are responsible for any applicable accessorial charges, including but not limited to:

  • Residential delivery fees

  • Liftgate service

  • Delivery appointments

  • Inside delivery

  • Limited-access location surcharges

Delivery Coordination

For all bulk shipments, our logistics team will contact you prior to shipment to coordinate delivery details and provide carrier-specific instructions.

If your delivery location has special requirements, please inform us when placing your order so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Freight Damage & Claims

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Report any visible damage to the freight carrier at the time of delivery whenever possible.

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.

  • Keep all original packaging and damaged products until the claim has been reviewed.

  • Provide photographs of the shipment and any damaged items to help expedite the claims process.

Please note that claims submitted after the reporting period may not be eligible for reimbursement.

Returns

Bulk order returns are subject to the terms outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. Please review that policy before requesting a return or exchange.

 


 

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, shipping schedules may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier delays, supply chain disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and work diligently with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.
